• 1. File Delivery
  After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a secure download link.
  The link is valid for 24 hours and for one-time download only.
  Please ensure you download and save your PLT file safely during this time.
  Once downloaded, the file becomes your responsibility. We do not resend expired links, but there are other options we’ll explain below.
• 2. File Use & License
  All PLT files are provided for personal or professional clothing production only.
  You are not allowed to resell, share, or distribute any of our digital files.
  You may use the patterns for your own production, but redistribution of the design or file in any form is strictly prohibited.
• 3. Support & Modifications
  If your file is corrupted, doesn’t open correctly, or you need a small modification, please contact our support team on WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.
  After 7 days, any request for file repetition or modification will be handled for a fair service fee.
  Major modifications, redesigns, or special pattern requests will have a separate cost, which will be discussed with our design team when you contact us.
• 4. Refund Policy
  Because our products are digital, all sales are final.
  Refunds or exchanges are not available once the file has been downloaded.
  Exceptions only apply if the file is defective or damaged and you contact us within 7 days.
• 5. Copyright & Ownership
  All digital designs and patterns remain the intellectual property of Kareim.
  Any unauthorized use, duplication, or resale will be treated as a copyright violation and may result in legal action.
• 6. What the file contains
  The file contains two important files:
  1- "readme.txt" File : This file contains information instructions, shopping rules, and policies..
  2- "test.zip" : This file contains the test file for printing.
