- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or purchasing from Kareim.com, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Digital Products: Kareim provides downloadable digital sewing pattern files (PLT format). No physical products are shipped.
- License: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased pattern for personal or commercial garment production. You may NOT:
- Resell or share the digital file.
- Upload the file to other websites or redistribute it in any format.
- Claim ownership of the design.
- Intellectual Property: All patterns, designs, images, logos, text, and downloadable files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kareim. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
- Download Availability: After successful payment, customers receive access to download their purchased files. Please download and safely store your files after purchase.
- Support: If you experience any technical issue with your purchased file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Minor technical corrections may be provided free of charge. Major modifications or redesign requests may require additional fees.
- Limitation of Liability: "Kareem" is not liable for damages resulting from the incorrect use of purchased files, improper printing, software incompatibility beyond supported formats, or failure to follow all steps outlined in the README.md file.
- Changes: Kareim reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

- إعادة بيع الملف الرقمي أو مشاركته.
- رفع الملف إلى مواقع أخرى أو إعادة توزيعه بأي صيغة.
- ادعاء ملكية التصميم.
- الملكية الفكرية: تظل جميع الباترونات والتصاميم والصور والشعارات والنصوص والملفات القابلة للتحميل ملكية فكرية حصرية لـ "كريم". يحظر تماماً النسخ أو إعادة التوزيع غير المصرح بهما.
- توفر التحميل: بعد الدفع بنجاح، يحصل العملاء على وصول لتحميل ملفاتهم المشتراة. يرجى تحميل ملفاتك وحفظها بأمان بعد الشراء.
- الدعم الفني: إذا واجهت أي مشكلة فنية في الملف المشترى، يرجى الاتصال بنا في غضون 7 أيام من الشراء. قد يتم تقديم تصحيحات فنية بسيطة مجاناً. قد تتطلب التعديلات الكبيرة أو طلبات إعادة التصميم رسوماً إضافية.
- إخلاء المسؤولية: "كريم" غير مسؤول عن الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام غير الصحيح للملفات المشتراة، أو الطباعة غير الصحيحة، أو عدم توافق البرامج خارج الصيغ المدعومة, أو عدم تطبيق كافة الخطوات في ملف README.md.
- التعديلات: يحتفظ "كريم" بالحق في تحديث الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

- Delivery Method: After successful payment, customers receive an email containing a secure link to download their purchased digital files.
- Download Availability: Links are available immediately after payment confirmation. Links may have usage or time limitations for security. Customers should download and back up files promptly.
- Delivery Issues: If your download link fails, contact support within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
- File Responsibility: After successful download, customers are responsible for securely storing their files. Kareim cannot guarantee permanent storage of past downloads.

- Digital Products Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally final. Once accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot normally be issued.
- Refunds May Be Approved If:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The wrong file was delivered.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- A technical problem prevents delivery and cannot be resolved by support.
- Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Incompatibility with unsupported software.
- Failure to read product description prior to purchase.
- Requests made after successfully downloading a working file.
- Technical Assistance: Contact support within 7 days of purchase for file issues. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
